How RevLeads works

Contact & company database

RevLeads maintains a continuously verified database of B2B contacts and companies. Each record includes work email, direct dial where available, job title, seniority, department, and core firmographics such as industry, headcount, and revenue. Records are re-verified on a rolling basis to keep accuracy high.

Buying intent signals

Intent signals identify accounts that are actively in-market for solutions like yours. RevLeads aggregates research activity, web engagement, hiring trends, and topic surges, then assigns each account a 0–100 intent score so your team can prioritize the warmest opportunities first.

Audience list building

Combine any set of filters with intent thresholds to assemble a precise audience. Lists are dynamic — as new accounts match your criteria or cross an intent threshold, they're added automatically. Save, name, and reuse lists across campaigns.

Technographic & firmographic filters

Narrow your total addressable market with dozens of attributes: installed technologies, tech categories, headcount bands, revenue ranges, industries, sub-industries, regions, and more. Stack filters with AND/OR logic to model your exact ICP.

Data enrichment

Point RevLeads at your existing HubSpot records to fill missing fields and refresh stale data. Enrichment runs on demand or on a schedule, appending verified contact and company attributes without creating duplicates.

HubSpot sync

Connect your HubSpot portal once and push lists, contacts, companies, and intent scores directly into HubSpot — mapped to standard and custom properties. No CSV exports, no manual imports, and changes stay in sync.
